Question: Why do I have to login?
Answer: Our site is intended for the Government and for the government employees (employee purchase plan)
Question: What is the login used for?
Answer: After login, CSP assigns our negotiated government discounted price. Without the login we could not assure that it is being utilized as we intend (Government and its employees only). This allows us to provide the best possible discount. No mailer No spam will ever be generated from this site.
Question: Is the site secure?
Answer: Yes, All transaction are completely secure. An email is sent directly to CSP with your ordering information. The order is then manually processed at our office not by a 3rd party. In fact we would prefer if you choose to utilize this site that you do not include your credit card information on the order.
Question: Why have a web site? I am used to contacting CSP directly.
Answer: We too prefer the personal touch. Some people do prefer to use the internet.
All CSP’s procedures will remain the same.
